Yonglo Creates New Wix Studio Website for Pawy
Yonglo is proud to announce the successful launch of the new website for Pawy, a Swiss company specializing in fresh food for dogs and cats. The new website allows customers to easily subscribe to the delivery of high-quality, fresh pet food, tailored to the needs of their beloved pets.
The visual identity of the website was developed in close collaboration with a renowned Swiss design agency, resulting in a contemporary and user-friendly design that perfectly matches Pawy's brand values.
The Yonglo team took care of the technical realization and developed various custom modules to optimize the functionality of the website. In addition, a fully integrated CRM system and order processing system were set up, with which Pawy can take its customer service and subscription management to a higher level.

For Pawy we developed an advanced registration form that seamlessly matches the wishes of customers. All entered data is saved immediately, so that customers can easily return and manage their data. Based on the entered information, the system automatically calculates the correct amount of fresh food that is delivered to the customer. With more than 264 different subscription options, Pawy offers maximum flexibility.
Order processing
Thanks in part to the customised order system, pawy effortlessly processes more than 500 orders per week. This is made possible by smart links with delivery partners and a seamless integration with the internal system in the production hall. This makes the entire process – from order to delivery – efficient and reliable, so that customers always receive their fresh animal feed on time.
Account
Yonglo has developed a fully customized account environment with login for Pawy. This gives customers control over their subscription and orders at all times. They can easily make changes and adjust their preferences. In addition, the environment offers an overview of all invoices and previous orders, so that customers always have access to their complete order history. Ease of use and overview are central to this innovative solution.
